Dilators - The mistress stretches the urethra of her slave

A very special game happened in my playroom: Mistress Sandra brought with her next to a new slave and her dilators and showed me on her slave, what to do with it and what stimuli and reactions these small metal bars cause when you pass through the urethra in the tail pushes.
